Abrasive tool
- Abrasive tool is an instrument for abrasive treatment where as a cutting element is used abrasive grit F16-F220 firmly bonded with a sticker - bond: vitrified and bakelite. Abrasive tool is made of fused alumina and silicon carbide materials.
- Abrasive wheels are bodies of rotation, fixed on a spindle of grinding machine and have through plain bore. Wheels of minor diameter are used for holes grinding.
- Segments are clutched in the spout's socket. After being fixed on the machine, the segments make abrupt flat circular surface for surface grinding.
- Abrasive tool for vibroabrasive machining is called barrel grinding. It is used for vibroabrasive machining of parts in drums and vibration machines.
- Abrasive tool is produced with grade F-Z. Wheels grade depend on types of grinding.
